More predictable cash flow
Overdue balances converted into inflows you can plan around.

We measure success by the partnerships that last, not the contracts that get signed.
When a business assigns its files to us, it gives us more than a list of balances — it gives us its voice with its own customers. That's why every client relationship is built as a partnership: we understand your policies before we call in your name, we stay within the authority you grant, and we keep you informed of everything happening in your portfolio. Our aim is to be the collection arm our clients rely on, year after year.
Overdue balances converted into inflows you can plan around.
We handle the daily follow-up so your people can focus on revenue.
Professional contact in your name, in language you approve and within limits you set.
Regular reports and an account manager who answers without delay.
We are proud of the trust placed in us by businesses in real estate, contracting, healthcare, trade and services. In keeping with our confidentiality principles, we display client names or logos only with their written consent.
The following scenarios are illustrative, written to explain our methodology in common situations. They do not represent actual clients or results.
A development and property-management company runs commercial centres with dozens of tenants, several of whom have fallen months behind on rent. The property team is absorbed in operations and maintenance, follow-up is sporadic, and some of the tenants are long-standing partners the company wants to keep.
We sorted tenants into three groups: temporarily behind, repeatedly late, and unreachable. The first group was offered payment schedules aligned with their own revenue cycles; the second received intensified, structured follow-up; files for the third were fully prepared so the company could decide on the legal route. Management received a weekly status report for every unit.
Regular rent payments resumed from most cooperative tenants, the company retained tenants it had been at risk of losing, and it gained full clarity for decisions on the remaining cases.
A multi-branch clinic group carries unpaid self-pay patient balances and accumulated co-payments, alongside pending claims. Sensitivity is high: any inappropriate contact with a patient reflects directly on the group's reputation.
We agreed dedicated contact scripts with the group, limited strictly to financial data with no medical details, and approached patients courteously with manageable payment options. In parallel, we classified pending claims by cause of delay and gave the finance team a list of the documents required for each.
Steady recovery of patient balances with minimal complaints, faster processing of pending claims thanks to clearly identified causes of delay, and an updated self-pay credit policy based on the report's recommendations.
A distribution business sells on credit to dozens of shops and stores, and several customers have exceeded their credit limits while deliveries continue. The owner handles follow-up personally, and tied-up cash is starting to affect obligations to suppliers.
We began by reconciling balances with each customer, uncovering administrative discrepancies that had quietly been delaying payment — and resolved those first. We then followed up on the remaining balances on a fixed schedule, agreed instalment plans with temporarily stretched customers, and delivered a report recommending credit-limit reviews for specific accounts.
A marked improvement in available cash, fewer balances beyond their credit terms, and an owner back to managing growth instead of chasing invoices.
